ROLE uses an integrative development approach whether working with an individual, neighborhood based entity or community.  An integrative development approach is based on the premise that to truly affect sustainable change or transformation, you have to take into account the full range of variables involved - in essence that people, businesses or communities are more than the sum of their parts.

When we work with people in our InLife Community Concierge and Wellness Service, this means we take a "body, mind, spirit" approach to helping people achieve optium physical, emotional, financial and spiritual wellbeing. 

Our approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapies and professional coaching methods to help people change the way they look at things so they can make better decisions and choices.  Better decisions means better outcomes and greater success.

In our work with "micro-ventures" - those neighborhood based for-profit, non-profit and faith-based ventures with annual revenues of less than $250,000 - in our Chamber of Compassion, an integrative development approach means that we provide a full range of "business to business" services to help them succeed. 

We use value-added consulting, leadership coaching, and technical support to help social entrepreneurs, community leaders, and neighborhood businesses build the capacity to profitably deliver high quality goods and services.

ROLE is grounded in a philosophy of empowerment combining life and small business coaching, skills-building workshops, and mutual support to build the capacity of people in communities create local solutions to our most challenging issues in healthcare, education, housing and economic security.

Our intention - whether it is with individuals or micro-ventures - is to build the capacity for success and to restore America's commitment to the common good.   We believe that by working together in authentic partnership we can build a world that works for all of us today and for generations to come!

ROLE works with local neighborhood leaders to create customized solutions to our most challenging issues in health care, education, housing and economic security and aligns itself with the United Nation's Millenium Development Goals established to:

• Promote universal access to primary education and life long learning opportunities;
• Promote gender equality and empower women;
• Assure universal access to basic health care, assistance and comfort
• Combat disease, debilitating illnesses and injuries;
• Ensure environmental sustainability;
• Create a global partnership for development.
