ROLE established the Chamber of Compassion to help promote, nurture and support the development of neighborhood based services. Our intention is to restore America's commitment to the common good by building strong partmerships among community stakeholdser as they work together in a variety of citizen-led initiatives, community wide events and service projects.
The Chamber of Compassion is a vehicle for "business to business" support services uniquely tailored for micro-ventures whether they are for-profit, non-profit or faith-based. We believe that by working coorperatively for the common good we will build nurturing and sustainable communities for all Americans.
Whether your organization is still a "napkin idea" or an established organization undergoing major changes, you can think of the Chamber of Compassion as the wellsping that nurishes the roots of community by building the capacity of our Chamber Members to succeed.
The Chamber of Compassion offers its Members no/low cost:
Services include market/needs studies, the development of services or methodology appropriate to those served, administrative and financial system development, human resource, governance and operational policy development.
Community needs analysis, feasibility studies, guided retreats and customized training programs for Board, Staff and Volunteers or we will even help you design and conduct workshops or trainng programs for those you serve.
